Details:

The attached patch adds the -k and -K options to the nroff script, man page,
and NEWS item; these options (for calling the preconv preprocessor) are passed
through as-is to groff.  The patch is basically a variant on commit f1af5cda
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/groff.git/commit/?id=f1af5cda>, which
similarly added a pass-through option to nroff.

I did not include the ChangeLog entry in this patch, because that part of the
patch would stale quickly if other changes are made before this patch is
applied.  But that too would look similar to the entry added in the above
commit; e.g.:

       * src/roff/nroff/nroff.sh: Recognize -k and -K options and
       pass them through to troff.  Document them in usage message.
       * src/roff/nroff/nroff.1.man: Document new -k and -K options.
