Subject: [PATCH] grog/subs.pl: Use GROFF_TYPESETTER if defined and no '-T'

src/roff/grog/subs.pl: Use GROFF_TYPESETTER if defined and no '-T'
option

  Use the value of the environmental variable GROFF_TYPESETTER,
if there is no '-T' option on the command line.
