Follow-up Comment #11, bug #57218 (project groff):

To get reproducible DVI files produces by TeX engines you have to set the
following two environment variables:

export SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=...
export FORCE_SOURCE_DATE=1

However, to get reproducible PDFs produced by ghostscript, a lot of manual
work is necessary.  See
