Thanks for this report. It does indeed _look_ like an oversight in the
package implementation.
The practical impact is pretty small, though. It only affects inter-sentence
spacing inside the _tags_ of tagged paragraphs.
Multi-sentence paragraph tags seem pretty unlikely, but nevertheless I believe
the report and the suggested fix to be correct.
