Details:

version 1.22.4

The files test.ms only contains the following:
\[*D]

These are the commands that are used to create the pdf:
groffer -ms test.ms
Result = OK

groffer -ms test.ms -Tpdf
Result = OK

groffer -ms test.ms -Tpdf --groff > test.pdf
Result = FAIL

The last command in used to save pdf files but the delta symbol is no longer
correctly displayed
