Details:
The attached patch fixes remaining bugs in the automatic line number
generation behavior I implemented in 2011. In detail, .ip had line numbers
listed twice, and in the blocks and lists of various sorts the line numbers
where the wrong size.
ChangeLog entry and patches to tmac/e.tmac attached.
