GROFF VERSION: All versions from 1.02
MACHINE: Many
OS: SunOS, Linux
COMPILER: Any c++
INPUT FILES: Any with .EQ .EN
COMMAND LINE: groff -ww -e <file with .EQ ... .EN>
DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR: Always generates a warning. .EQ and .EN
are used from eqnrc before the user can define them.
SUGGESTED FIX: Add the following to the very start of eqnrc
