groff feature requests

I wish there was a command line option which turns off backspaces in
latin1/ascii output and just outputs plain text, so the output can be
read in an editor.

Another command line option I would like is to separate pages with form
feed instead of blank lines.  In particular with groff -Tascii/latin1 of
several files at once, to separate each file with a form feed.
