A problem with "more" Re: Help debugging Re: bug report

okay, I copied a tmac.an from another system and edited it to source
an.tmac.

Now, things are almost right except that the escape codes (bold,underline)
are not working. My PAGER variable is not set (I get similar results using
less)

On my screen I see stuff like 1mNAME instead of seeing NAME in bold.
Strangely, if I save to an output file with man -c Tcl.n and then "more"
the file, the bold shows up!!

One case  that doesnt work is that  CSI "24m" does not seem to turn
off underlining even when I "more" the file. Even on the commandline this
doesnt work.

I'm using an SGI xterm with the default pager
