I don't understand your question. stdlib.h is, AFAIK, a standard ANSI
C header file. You probably mean the incorrect declaration of
`stderr', don't you? This has been fixed meanwhile. Please get the
current development version from
ftp://ftp.ffii.org/pub/groff/devel/groff-current.tar.gz
and report whether this problem is still there.
