bug#21758: Translation Error in help info of "grep"

Hello,
Thank you for your suggestions. And as the last maintainer, I have
corrected those problems.
This file was maintained by a few persons, so I didn't check the translated
messages, just add
my new one into it.

Now I added some information about translation bugs report, so please send
them to the email
address. Then I can fix them.
