No.  There's no decent native port of a Posix shell for Windows.  The
only one that is usable is the MSYS Bash, which is not a native
Windows program (MSYS is a fork of an old version of Cygwin).

What's so urgent that the problem couldn't be fixed in _this_ release?
The fix is simple.
