Details:

The po Makefile makes use of top_builddir, but this is not properly being set
in po/Makefile resp. po/Makefile.in.in. This patch adds the line

address@hidden@

so that configure resp. config.status will insert the correct value. This
fixes certain build issues for me when the GNU coreutils are *not* installed.

Background:  I maintain a GNU grep package for Mac OS X, as part of the Fink
project <http://finkproject.org/>, and had to include this workaround for
quite some time.
