How do I submit a bug so this gets fixed? As you can see, workaround inside
perl directly works fine:
# echo TesT | perl -ne '/\Qtest\E/ and print'
# echo TesT | perl -ne '/\Qtest\E/i and print'
TesT
Thanks.
