Testsuite fails with 2.6.1 on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11

I had the fails below running make check.

My original build failed compiling src/main.c because the getopt.h
header wasn't found.  Added -I$(top_builddir)/lib to DEFAULT_INCLUDES
to fix.
