Why not do what coreutils, diffutils, tar, etc. do?  Generate the man
pages automatically from the --help output, using help2man.

Of course the --help output needs to be maintained separate from the
info files, but you need to do that anyway.  At least with help2man
you don't also need to maintain man pages separately.
