I can give more information if requested, not sure what you need
i have the local installed CA.UTF-8, and firefox which i was going to
get rid of dose have it but i seem to remember installing it after.
i sent this here because i didn't see any help about it anywhere, which
seemed odd to me. so thought maybe a new issue.
or perhaps the packs don't exist yet? i did see something mentioned
about EN vs en, was not sure how it could be related.
