Firefox 57 (and IceCat 57) will ONLY run WebExtensions.

Currently I'm trying to merge https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Free_Software_Directory:IceCat_extensions_(proposed) to https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Free_Software_Directory:IceCat_extensions_(proposed)/IceCat_WebExtensions_(proposed) that I started yesterday.
