Perhaps you could make those files available to the public? That way,
others can look at what is involved and maybe make an informed decision;
some people might not be comfortable contacting you blindly. Maybe it's
easier than they think. (Maybe not.)
It will also make it easier in case someone who steps up has trouble
getting a hold of you, for any reason.
