[Bug-gnuzilla] icecat win7 dictionaries not installing (corrupt files all)

icecat 38.5.2 x32 win7sp1x64. Dictionaries not installing by one click
from dictionaries.mozdev.org/installation.html (its says
"corrupt file").

I've just downloaded that spell-uk.xpi file, and seems like its simple
archive, so I've manually put those *.aff and *.dic files to icecat
Dictionaries folder. And its working.

I'm new at icecat and just felt like it should be noted here.

p.s. sorry I've never made an mailing bug reports before, so hope this
one gets to destination.
