Hallo!

I tend to believe this is a mistake. Have a look at
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Enterprise/Firefox/ExtendedSupport:Proposal#Version_Numbers
 Next ESR releases should be 31.8.0 and 38.1.0 and they should be due on June 
30th, according to 
https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar#Future_branch_dates

Also I believe this issue will be solved in ESR 31.8.0 as well, because
that version is as well based on the security fixes introduced with
Firefox 39, where the problem is solved. In any way, it would be nice to
see the next IceCat release being based on the next to be released
version of the ESR 38 branch. :-)
