This is what I found in the AdBlock Plus Filter Preferences main window at the bottom: 
[checkbox] Allow some non-intrusive advertising

SpyBlock focus on privacy rather than ad blocking. The "Allow some non-intrusive advertising" checkbox is missing in SpyBlock 2.6.3.0 (part of IceCat 31.6.0). This affect a lot of websites.
