[Bug-gnuzilla] Collection:IceCat extensions (proposed) renamed and updated

https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Collection:IceCat_extensions_(proposed) have been renamed to https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/Collection:IceCat_extension_working_lists for several reasons. For example, I've sorted the list by categories and priorities.

All softwares in the page are free and can be used with GNU IceCat but they have not been approved by the FSF yet. However, this update will make it much easier for the FSF to complete a working IceCat add-on repository.
