[Bug-gnuzilla] High-DPI screens misrender about:icecat

With a High-DPI Lenovo W540 laptop, The about:icecat page gives too much space to certain elements, making it look a little funky.

It can be fixed by removing the CSS property "-moz-box-flex: 1;" from #block-horizontal-margin.
