How do I write an add-on for IceCat, which would not be available for Firefox
(until people manually force the install)? Do we want to run our own instance
of Addons.mozilla.org, or to get IceCat added as a product there? I'm thinking
probably the latter, but I would like to know what past work and plans exist in
this direction.
