Below, two subjects: (I) Suggestion and (II) Solution?



I. Suggestion

I have no idea how difficult it is to be implemented.

I would be much pleased to test a patch, if you make one.

More generally, during the solutions of problems, if you have some url
under gnuzilla icecat version 12.something, with patches to test,
volunteers could be invited to do it with, and after tested, could be
moved to a new passed directory, and eventually used in the next release.



II. Solution?

I have tried building a localized version, with a tip file from
firefox-12.0, but build did not complete, then I installed the default
language version as told previously.

Today, tried the same localized one, with a tip file from firefox-13.0,
not 12.0. Build succeeded, but after some errors running, built again
the default language version.

Suddenly, "About" works (almost) fine. Attached (if the list allows) an
image.

Don't know what changed the previous behaviour:

1. pt-BR was upgraded by the add-ons manager
2. changed general.useragent.locale to pt-BR
3. something done to the profile by the localized version
