I think, “Cookie Monster” (license: MPL 1.1) (see also https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cookie-monster/ ) is the kind addon you look for, isn't it? “Cookie Monster” allows you to manage the cookie-privileges of each site, just like NoScript.
