Re: Clarification on SAS-related guidelines needed

When you search a database for a definition, you're not using software on 
their server except for SQL to make a query and PHP to return the HTML, 
and webpages aren't considered SaaS. http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/who-does-
that-server-really-serve.html I had a problem with online translators, too, 
also seeing them as SaaS, but I never could find software that I could install 
and translate at least one paragraph at a time. The best I could find was 
software that would translate one word at a time. Does anybody use libre 
software that translates at least one paragraph or sentence at a time?
