I can see that in the IceCat free plugins list there's no mention to the search plugins provided by http://mycroft.mozdev.org/index.html
(I find very useful the wordreference.com plugin..)

Here you can read the license details:
http://www.mozdev.org/copyright.html

It seems all the plugins are free software (at least, open source), if you read this sentence: "All code for each project hosted on the Site must be made available under the Mozilla Public License (MPL) unless otherwise noted on the project pages. More information about the MPL can be found at http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/. If a project is not using the MPL it must to use one of the other OSI-approved open source licenses."

Finally, if I clic "Manage Search Engines" in the search bar on the top right, I get a window with a link "Get more search engines.." which redirects me to this URI:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:4/cat:all?sort=name
(actually it's another URI which is quickly redirected to this one)

You might want to change the link to go to the IceCat plugins webpage, as you did recently for the Add-ons window. Better, you could provide an anchor link to the cell item where http://mycroft.mozdev.org/ is located (once you've added it to the list).

HTH

Ciao!
