Well, I got the test version in the kongoni-current tree right now.
the Nietszche release is meant to be finished by this weekend so it is
likely that it will include the official 3.5 icecat release.

As an aside to that, the packages produced by these ports will be
compatible with slackware 12.2 - and bluewhite64 12.2 (and most
derivatives) so if anybody would like a copy, I can post the tgz's
onto my blog once their done building, I'll have both x86 and x86_64
packages by tonight.
