unMHT addon under MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1 says on homepage

Hi,

Can this addon be added to the list of free software addons?

When I am at the page
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/policy/0/8051/48485
it says in the agreement:

"***** BEGIN LICENSE BLOCK *****
Version: MPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1", but then afterwards it says

 "The Initial Developer of the Original Code is arai.
Portions created by the Initial Developer are Copyright (C) 2007
the Initial Developer. All Rights Reserved."

Do they have to remove the all rights reserved text for it to be free software? If it is free software I will be very happy.
