Hello,

To avoid send the file to everybody on the mailing list, I uploaded it
on savannah:

As promised, it contains the `configure' script too.

There may be need to specify the locales location with --with-l10nbase.

For all of you who are going to localize IceCat, please create the .xpi
file, upload it somewhere and share the link.
There is not really need for every user to repeat these steps when
somebody already did it.

I hope I didn't introduce another problem :)
