plugin finder service

I have this set in my about:config

pfs.datasource.url - status:default - type:string - 
value:http://gnuzilla.gnu.org/plugins/PluginFinderService.php?mimetype=%PLUGIN_MIMETYPE%&appID=%APP_ID%&appVersion=%APP_VERSION%&clientOS=%CLIENT_OS%&chromeLocale=%CHROME_LOCALE%

but when I click on "get addons" --> "get extensions" icecat takes me to 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
