Hello,

thank you for the patch, I committed it on the cvs repository.
Personally I don't think there is need of a HACKING file, on the
repository we just keep modified files that should replace the
original firefox source files, anyway, if this file will be made
available we can add it to the repository without problems.

At the moment I am trying to update IceCat to Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.12
but I am having some troubles to compile it using gcc-4.3.
If you would like to contribute you can take a look at our privacy
features, it will be nice to have them as a module and keep in the
source code only the observer part.  Moreover, these features can be
extended to cover more cases.

The ChangeLog file looks well under Emacs and change-log-mode.
I am using GNU Emacs 22.0.90.1, which version are you using?
