AFAIK there are not non-free extensions hosted on the addons.mozilla.org 
site.  This is valid for themes too, all there is need to do is to 
change the link to point to the right location.

The right locations are:

https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/icecat/extensions/

and

https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/themes/.
