a bug in default .mozconfig

Subject: a bug in default .mozconfig

while adding SVG support i came across this line in ".mozconfig":

ac_add_options -enable-application=browser

i think it must be:  --enable-application

should i call it a bug ?  (BTW, why the binary version is not compiled
with SVG support. Licensing issues ?)
