Hi,
I found an explanation in mozilla bugzilla

Actually, that site sends different content-type according to user 
agent :(

If you really want to access that site, you still can set 
general.useragent.extra.firefox preference to "Firefox" instead of 
"Iceweasel", but I think it's a website issue, and not a browser issue.
