"SVG plugin" not working

i am using IceWeasel binary. i tried but i was not able to find
".mozconfig" file in my "iceweasel" folder. i amusing BLAG Linux which
runs Firefox 1.5.0.7 by default and SVG plugin works there, it also
works in Firefox 2.0 but not in IceWeasel .

will you please tell me where that file is so that i can fix my problem.
