Details:

The source for GDL2 consistently features this:

#ifndef GNUSTEP
#include <GNUstepBase/GSCategories.h>
#endif

It looks like this header was removed from -base some time ago, as it no
longer builds. Instead, all the categories and macros can be used from
Additions.h, so I've patched it to include that instead.
