Details:

hello, I have API problems, two examples: create a scrollview with the
clipview flipped, and create a textview with a subclass of textstorage.

In the scrollview problem I ended using setContentView, so the default
clipview loaded is a waste of resources.

In the texview problem I ended using replaceTextStorage, so the default
textstorage loaded is another waste of resources.

So I think that I don't know the proper way to do it right or that the API
needs initializers like initWithFrame:contentView: (scrollview),
initWithFrame:textStorage: (textview) or another elegant way to not waste
resources.

Maybe it makes the API bigger but in my opinion not for nothing.
