[bug #9130] configure script does not check for debug libobjc

Follow-up Comment #1:

We are going to remove the _d extension for debug libraries as experience
shows that it causes more problems than it solves, with the possibility for
debug and non-debug versions of the same library being pulled in to an
executable and causing strange failures at runtime.
