Details:

GNUstep use XSetWMName() to set window title.
But it does not post a PropertyNotify to window manager.
Therefore, window manager has to explicitly
check the window title from time to time.

This is a patch to set _NET_WM_NAME and _NET_WM_ICON_NAME
so that window manager can be notified when window title changes.
It works, but may need some modification to fit into source code better.
