Mac OS X / Darwin install read me

Hi,

here is a patch for README.Darwin, I have done it with the help of 
Nicolas Roard... it extends and streamlines the installation 
explanations for Mac OS X and Darwin because the previous read me by 
Adam Fedor was nice and detailed but not sufficient and exhaustive to 
have a working GNUstep installation on Mac OS X.

If it is ok, I can commit it.
