[bug-GNUnet] Improper language used on GNUnet page

On the web page <http://gnunet.org/download.php3>, in the 3rd Party
Libraries section, the following language is used:

> GNUnet uses some other open source libraries.

Since GNUnet is a GNU package, and the GNU Project is an effort to
develop a free software operating system, it's best to use "free
software" instead of "open source" in this sentence.

This is clearly a trivial bug, but it'd be nice to see it fixed. :-)
