After you have configured GNUnet (the configuration wizard is also
reachable via the start menu), you can start the background process
gnunetd either as a service (if you checked the option "Launch GNUnet on
computer startup" in the wizard), via the "General" tab in the UI, or
manually via command line:
cd c:\gnunet\bin
gnunetd -d -L DEBUG
The parameters "-d -L DEBUG" start GNUnet in debug mode, so can see
what's happening.
Do you use the latest version 0.8.0c?
