Something seems wrong here and it's not my version of Autotools. When I
download a fresh copy of M4 1.4.17, I am able to install it with GCC and Intel
without any trouble. The only problems I was having were with PGI. But with the
proposed patch, I am now unable to install M4 with GCC, Intel, or PGI.
Regardless of which compiler I use, I still get the message about aclocal-1.14
being missing on my system. Any idea why the patch would cause this problem?
