link error with modules fcntl + lib-symbol-visibility

Hi,

Im using the gnulib modules fcntl and lib-symbol-visibility (and many others) 
when building a shared library.

I get the following link error when linking a test tool:

/usr/bin/ld: test_linking: hidden symbol `rpl_fcntl' in 
../lib/libgnu.a(fcntl.o) is referenced by DSO

Would would be the right thing to avoid this error ?

I am on up-to-date Debian SID amd64 with a up-to-date gnulib.
