[PATCH] update DEPENDENCIES for interix

Hey!

This is a small patch in reply to [1] to update the DEPENDENCIES for interix 
accordingly.
suacomp 0.6.8 (which is the dependency) is not yet released, but will be today 
or tomorrow,
so i think thath is not a problem :)
