Huh? Where is that requirement written? I've used tabs for the second
lines, with no one complaining, as in:
2011-03-31 Bruno Haible <address@hidden>
and Eric Blake <address@hidden>
and see both styles in the ChangeLog (some double-author attributions
with TAB, some with spaces).
