Additionally, in the module description modules/warn-on-use you can now use
the section
Applicability:
all
to indicate to gnulib-tool to treat it like 'link-warning' and 'arg-nonnull',
that is, to use it in both lib/ and tests/ of a generated package.
By convention described in modules/TEMPLATE-EXTENDED, this section should come
before the 'Files' section.
